Each item of stock is unique, carefully selected and washed or cleaned to provide the best quality, best value vintage clothing and accessories in the market today. Vintage clothing sizes can differ greatly from today’s modern UK sizes. For each item description, the approximate modern sizing tdoay is listed as well as actual measurements in inches. All items are measured 'flat'.

"I know what I like in my wardrobe" does not sell any vintage items that are unwearable. Any flaws in an item are always mentioned in the item description. Please bear in mind that our vintage clothing may be up to 60 years old and as such may display signs of wear. Below is the condition rating description:-
- Excellent: There are no noted flaws
- Very good: Small, minor flaws that do not affect the wearability of this item
- Good: Small flaws which are easily repairable
- Fair: Significant flaws which are repairable
DeliveryAll orders are dispatched as "Recorded Delivery" and are insured up to a value of £34.00. Orders of more than £34.00 in value will be insured at no extra charge to the buyer.
Standard UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is usually charged at £3.95 per order. All items are dispatched next working day. Please allow up to four working days for your purchases to arrive.
Express delivery
Express UK delivery is charged at £7.95 per order. An order received before 12 noon on a working day will be dispatched the same day and should be received within 24 hours. An order received after 12noon will be dispatched next working day.
International delivery
International delivery to anywhere in the world is charged at £8.95 per order. The order is delivered by airmail and local import duties may be payable upon receipt. An order can take up to one week or more to arrive.
Lost in post
An order is considered "lost" if it fails to arrive after 15 days from posting. The buyer receives an immediate refund after making a "lost" claim in writing to "I know what I like in my wardrobe"

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, "I know what I like in my wardrobe" offers RETURN AND EXCHANGE. If we are notified of your wish to return an item within 48 hours of receipt and the item is returned at your expense, with all labels intact within five days of notificiation, "I know what I like in my wardrobe" will replace the item with another one of your choice to the value of the original purchase or give a full refund.
